Use Case

Users cannot see empty locations in the Control Center.

Step(s) to Resolution

Whether a user has access to all or certain clients, they must have the Manage Groups permission to see empty locations.

  1. Open up the Control Center.
  2. Navigate to Admin > Users.
  3. Open the user experiencing the issue.
  4. Click on the Permissions tab.
  5. Select desired User Class to change for all users with that class.
  6. If the change is only for one user, right click on the User Classes area to create a new User Class.
  7. Add the Manage Groups permission.
  8. Click Save Class button.
  9. Save User.
